Ford's Colony offers a broad mix of recreation spaces, meeting rooms, trails, courts, pools, and community gathering areas across the neighborhood.

The list below summarizes the primary facilities and amenities available through the Ford's Colony Homeowners Association.

St. Andrew's Facility (S&T Club)

  • Multi-purpose meeting space totaling 3,200 square feet, including Magnolia I and Magnolia II, with access to a full kitchen.
  • Dogwood, Mulberry, and Library rooms for meetings, cards, and smaller gatherings.
  • Patio seating with outdoor grills for resident use and private events.
  • 25-meter swimming pool with a wading pool, restrooms, and outdoor shower.
  • Two hard-surface tennis courts and courts marked for six pickleball courts.
  • Gazebo observation deck, basketball court, and playground for children ages 0 to 12.

Westbury Park Facility

  • Open-air pavilion with picnic tables, grills, and a rentable multi-purpose room.
  • Seasonal snack and drink machine.
  • Eight-lane, 25-meter pool with zero-depth entry and a slide.
  • Restrooms with showers, volleyball area, six soft-surface tennis courts, bocce court, basketball courts, ball field, and playground.

Community Services Building

  • Exercise studio with an open floor plan used by activities clubs.
  • Meeting Rooms A and B for Board and standing committee meetings.

Common Area Facilities

  • Twelve miles of paved leisure trails and a 1.3-mile nature trail.
  • Williamsburg West Pond is one of 13 HOA-maintained ponds stocked for catch-and-release fishing with a Virginia fishing license.
  • The common areas support bird-watching and outdoor recreation throughout the community.

Tennis and Pickleball Access

  • The Tennis Club welcomes all Ford's Colony residents and property owners and supports organized play for all skill levels.
  • Quiet paddles and balls are required on the pickleball courts.
  • Pickleball courts are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., or during daylight hours and weather permitting.
  • Residents should use current community communications for reservation details and facility rules.

Playgrounds

  • Playgrounds at the S&T and Westbury facilities are open daily during daylight hours and weather permitting. Use is at your own risk.
